Its time to fight.

I have been thinking for half the day about how to say this or even to say it at all. Sometimes its better just to let things happen and play the cards we are dealt but I am not willing to sit back and let that happen, not just yet. I think I still have some more fight in me but my ammunition is running out.

Back on 10/18 I lost my job and decided to go full time with DRN. I was very happy doing what I loved full time but the fun only lasted about a month before I started realizing that it was just not mature enough to work out that soon. DRN nearly died completely around the end of the year but instead I cut it back to one day per week albeit very hard to even do that. I did this because I had a side business I had to focus my attention on to feed the family.

After the 1st of the year I was called back to work and everything started to stabilize again. We have enjoyed DRN for the past 6 weeks or so getting back to its old self but now I am sad to report that it is in trouble again.

I was informed that Friday would be my last day. Using my experience from last time I know waiting until the last minute to ask for help was a bad idea so this time DRN is going into fight or flight more the day before we are even out the gate.

DRN is so close to success its sickening, its just barely out of reach and I need everyone’s help to make it the last mile. The audience that enjoys DRN 3 times per week are super awesome people and I love everyone of them but now is the time that everyone needs to step up to the plate and pass the word around. Passing the word around is so very important because it raises views and website visits and helps to ensure that DRN will be around to entertain for a long time to come. The way I see it with over 2,000 friends on facebook alone it should not be hard to get the word out to 5,000 people or more. Everyone just needs to pass it on to a couple of people and ask them to pass it on and so on and so forth. I am ready to take the bull by the horns so to speak and make this happen but I need to be realistic as well and keep in the back of my mind that at the end of the day it may just not work. Fridays show is rendering as we speak so everyone please spread the word and help make DRN the best it can be. n
