A CROCODILE park in northern Australia has paid tribute to Britain’s Prince William and his fiancee Kate Middleton in true style, by naming two love-struck crocs in honor of the Royal couple.
The two reptiles at the Crocosaurus Cove tourist attraction in Darwin, Australia can’t get enough of each other , the Northern Territory News reported.
Late each afternoon they slip into their tank for some horizontal folk-dancing.
Crocosaurus Cove crocodile manager Nigel Palmer said usually crocodile mating season only lasted six weeks but Kate and William usually go at it for more than six months each year.
“It is totally out of character for crocs,” Mr Palmer said. “Sometimes she is not so receptive but he certainly is and he will humbug her.”
The love-making attracts a crowd of tourists to the tank, he said.
“The kids get inquisitive, they don’t know what is going on,” He said. “For the parents I think it takes away from the pressure of that sit down talk later on in life.”
